ProductGods ("we," "us," or "our") operates productgods.com and the Product Sourcing Secrets course at app.productgods.com. By buying from or using ProductGods, you agree to these terms.
01The course and your access
Product Sourcing Secrets is a digital course and toolkit. It is sold as a one-time purchase of $899 (plus any taxes shown at checkout), with no subscription. Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course at app.productgods.com.
You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to the email address you bought with. Access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing your sign-in, or copying or redistributing course materials, is not allowed, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
We may update, reorganize, or improve the course content over time. No physical goods are shipped.
02Payment
Payments are processed by Whop, through the Creativedirector business on Whop, under Whop’s own terms. The charge on your statement may show that name.
03Refunds
Refund requests go to info@productgods.com. Include the email address you bought with and your order details.
04Factories, designers, and other third parties
The Vault and the Freelance Database list independent factories, suppliers, and designers. They are not part of ProductGods, and listing them is not an endorsement or guarantee of their quality, pricing, timelines, or conduct. Any agreement you make with them is between you and them; do your own due diligence, including samples, contracts, and quality checks.
05Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, documents, templates, and the databases, belongs to ProductGods or its licensors. You may use it for your own projects and business, but you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute it without written permission.
06Disclaimer
The course is for educational and informational purposes. Results vary, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Nothing in the course is legal, financial, tax, customs, or other professional advice.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductGods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course, the site, or any third party listed in it.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
09Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.
